Here in this part of Florida, the last sunset of 2009 was less than 10 minutes before the New Year's Eve blue moonrise.

I loved 2009. A ton of great firsts and memories. I feel I have grown a great deal personally this year. And I think 2010 has potential to be even better.
I have switched my journal over to a written journal. I quit blogging for a number of reasons. One was that a lot of other people seemed to have quit blogging all at the same time, taking away the interactive part of LJ (i.e. the part that made it so great). And another was that the stuff I want to write about now that I'm out of college is not interesting and/or relevant to anybody but me.
But those who truly love life really shouldn't go without recording it in detail. So that's kind of why one of my New Year's resolutions is to keep the written journal and make entries to it at least three times a week. I still plan on the random updates every now and then as I have been doing so don't expect a huge change. The only change to my LJ has to do with my other resolution, which is to go out with my camera more.
Long story short, don't expect an increase (or decrease) in written entries, but do expect more photo entries.
Happy New Year!
